In the Premiere CC there was a codec called DNxHD I used this to export a TV series for PBS.Solution 4: Re-encode DNxHD MXF to MPEG-2, QuickTime MOV for Premiere Pro (CC, CS6, CS5, CS4). Solution 3: Install Adobe Media Encoder (CC) on a second computer and choose not to update this installation. Solution 2: Encode using the QuickTime file format with the DNxHD codec. I want to use Adobe Media Encoder to transcode avchd files to Avid DNXHD. I also rebooted the computer after installing the codecs. I verified and the codecs are isntalled in the quicktime folder. I am having the same problem on Mac OS X (Lion). However, After Effects CC cannot import DNxHD MXF X files encoded through Adobe Premiere Pro CC. Note: Adobe Premiere Pro CC is available and does not have the issue importing these files. Adobe Media Encoder can import and export Avid DNxHD assets without having to install extra codecs.
